Reasons why plastic pallets can replace wooden pallets
When consumers choose the pallet, in addition to the price of the pallet, it also meets the product characteristics and usage requirements.
Although the price of the plastic pallet is higher than the price of the wooden pallet, the comparison of the wooden pallet has the following
advantages:
(1) Waterproof and strong acid and alkali: plastic pallets are waterproof and hygienic, resistant to strong acid and alkali and chemical
corrosion, and are better than wood pallets, paper pallets or iron pallets.
(2) Safety protection: The plastic pallet is formed by infusion molding. It is not composed of nails, screws or glue. It has no nails, fragments and
sharp edges. It will not cause damage to the goods and operators. The wooden pallets are prone to spurs. It is easy to protrude with iron nails
and is easy to injure goods and people.
(3) Moisture-proof hygiene: The plastic pallet has the advantages of moisture-proof, no bacteria or mold, anti-termite, good sanitation, etc.,
and the above advantages are not found in the wooden pallet.
(4) Smoke-free: Plastic pallets will not breed bacteria, mold, and termites, and will be smoked when exported. Wood pallets need to be
smoked.
(5) Easy to clean: the plastic pallet is easy to clean, and the wooden pallet is difficult to clean.
(6) Pallet color water: plastic pallets can be produced with the customer's need for color water, color water is rich in variability, wood pallets
only have the choice of wood color.
(7) Recycling: Plastic pallet recycling (turnover rate) is better than wood pallets.

About SMPC Pallets
1. The basic products of the smpc pallet are blue, and other colors are according to pantong to customization, the MOQ for custom colors is 500;
2. Applicable ambient temperature -25℃ to +60℃(try to avoid sun exposure and proximity to heat);
3. The standard of our pallet is: product size error ±3%, weight error ±3%, side wall deformation rate≤1%, the pallet plane deformation is not greater than 5mm, the rate of diagonal change of the pallet ≤1% all belong to the scope of enterprise standard;
4. The land pallet material requirements: guarantee the use of a new high quality, low temperature, weather-resistant high strength modified PP or HDPE raw materials, never use recycled materials and recycled plastic or add calcium carbonate;
5. Quality guarantee period: Under normal and reasonable use, the quality guarantee period is three years(36 months), damage caused as a result of repeated use of the product with a broken in a same product, the supplier to deal with problems arising from the use process have the duty to maintain and ruled out, therefore the domestic freight shall be borne by the supplier(product quality problems, except for human factors);
6. After the quality guarantee period or for the damage caused by human factors can free services, such as the need to change parts only according to the minimum standard fee, if you want to replace the product with three broken in a same product, so the freight shall be borne by the demand side;
7. Under normal conditions of use (environment), the pallet is the minimum service life of 5 years, 5 years pallet was less than damage rate of 1% a year, five years later due to natural aging, plastic pallet will be greater than the damage rate of 1% a year. The turnover rate of the pallet can be more than 10,000 times(If in severe weather conditions, exceeding the bearing limit, equipment extrusion or because of the artificial broken pallet damage is not in the above range).
