New Material Eco-friendly Mesh Surface Reusable Lightweight Plastic Pallets Use In Warehouse
Stacked plastic pallets improve warehousing, reduce product damage caused by wooden pallets or pallets, and reduce the movement of cargo
loads in the system. Our stacked plastic pallets are designed to store products in a variety of unsupported rack systems and leverage the
costly floor space in today's warehouses and distribution systems. Sea-mart's 100% recyclable pallets are an economical, environmentally
friendly and efficient alternative to plastic pallets or pallets.
We offer a variety of reusable tray styles for each rack application and an unsupported rack capacity of up to 3,000 pounds. These stackable
trays are easy to clean and offer trays made from a variety of materials, including FDA approved materials and fire protection materials. The
selected pallets are recognized by the Factory Mutual as they meet the fire rating requirements of wooden pallets. There will be "FM" in the
model name of these trays as the logo.
Plastic pallets can be recycled 100% at the end of their useful life or returned for recycling. As the only multi-process manufacturer on the
market, Sea-mart offers a wide range of stacked pallets to meet all budget types and requirements for warehousing, stacking, load capacity
and impact resistance.

Q1: How to choose a suitable product?
A1: You could give us details as follows:
a) Pallet/dustbin size: length *width *height;
b) Pallet/dustbin applications;
c) Pallet load capacity: dynamic load, static load and rack accordingly.
Q2: Can you provide customized services?
A2: We could provide customized services as follows in condition that the quantity exceeds 300 pieces:

Q3: Can you develop a new product?
A3: Yes, but there will be die cost. We can return the fee of mould when quantities reach to a certain number later.
Q4: What is your lead time?
A4: In general, our production time is 15~20 days against advanced payment. We can send you a production plan when in batch orders.
Q5: What is your payment term?
A5: In general, T/T is more preferable. We can also accept L/C, paypal, west union etc
Q6: Is there any quality assurance?
A6: Yes, our warranty time is 3 years. One replace one within a year, two replace one within 2 years, 3 replace one within 3 years.
Q7: How to get a sample?
A7: Usually, the sample will be delivered by air express DHL/TNT/FEDEX, if you have other solutions, we could discuss.
Q8: What is the packing method?
A8: Pile them one by one, with shrink film outside.
