Introduction
Double-sided plastic pallet is a common pallet structure in pallet structure. Double-sided tray, as its name implies, refers to a tray
that can be used on both sides. Compared with other structural pallets, double-sided plastic pallets have the most important
function of palletizing goods. Double-sided pallets are widely used in chemical industry. In addition, double-sided pallets (double-
sided plastic pallets) can cooperate with the use of palletizers, often used in the palletizing of goods, in food and beverage, flour
processing and other industries are more common. The material is high density low pressure polyethylene HDPE .It is mainly blue
but it can be customized in other colors. The temperature adapts from - 25 ℃ to 50℃ .Let it avoid sunshine and be close to heat
source as far as possible. Double-sided plastic pallets can not be used by cattle trailers, so attention should be paid to the
purchase, and plastic pallets in cold storage or long-term low temperature environment, to choose new materials to produce
products, such products can meet the requirements of low temperature. Plastic pallets should be lightly placed to avoid uneven
force and damage when landing. When placing the goods, they should be placed evenly, so as to avoid sideslip when lifting and
transporting. When using the handling equipment, we should consider whether the difference size is suitable for the use of the
plastic pallet, so as to avoid the improper size and brace the plastic pallet. When stacking, the load-bearing capacity of the lowest
pallet should be considered.

A3: Yes, but there will be die cost. We can return the fee of mould when quantities reach to a certain number later.

A4: In general, our production time is 15~20 days against advanced payment. We can send you a production plan when in batch orders.

A5: In general, T/T is more preferable. We can also accept L/C, paypal, west union etc
Q6: Is there any quality assurance?
A6: Yes, our warranty time is 3 years. One replace one within a year, two replace one within 2 years, 3 replace one within 3 years.
Q7: How to get a sample?
A7: Usually, the sample will be delivered by air express DHL/TNT/FEDEX, if you have other solutions, we could discuss.
